Your privacy and the protection of your child’s health information is important to Three Rivers Montana. 

All work we do with your child and family is confidential.  Verbal information and written records about a child or his family cannot be shared with another party without the written consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian.  However, there are specific exceptions to this confidentiality which are outlined by Montana and federal law.

Three Rivers Montana complies with all requirements of the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.  You will be given a copy of our privacy policy in its entirety when you enroll your child in Three Rivers Montana.  You will be given an opportunity to ask questions and get clarification on the policy.
