All have a Master's or Bachelor's degree. The average age of field staff is 29.
How are the parents involved?
Parents attend a two-day workshop shortly after their child is admitted. A parallel track is designed to facilitate growth for both the child and parents throughout the entire program. Followed by a two and a half day parent/child therapeutic component at base camp to wrap up the program. Therapist and program support is available round the clock.
What type of transition and aftercare services do you provide?
Our aftercare counselor follows up with weekly support for a minimum of six months after graduation. Transitional services and aftercare are at no additional cost. This consists of weekly communication, implementation of family plan, communication with school, therapist and or mentor.
